safeguard and advance human rights.

MTC OF NY INC. is unwavering in its commitment to uphold internationally recognized human rights across
all facets of our operations and supply chains. Aligned with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and
Human Rights, our Policy draws from the universal standards outlined in the Universal Declaration of
Human Rights and the International Labor Organization’s (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and
Rights at Work.

Human rights embody a set of fundamental entitlements and liberties inherent to every individual worldwide,
irrespective of origin, race, or creed. This expansive concept encompasses economic, social, cultural,
political, and civil dimensions. For MTC OF NY INC., honoring human rights entails ensuring that all

in upholding these standards and pledge to address them in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

  2. Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected.
  3. Working conditions are safe and hygienic.
  4. Child labor shall not be used.
  5. Living wages are paid.
  6. Working hours are not excessive.
  7. No Discrimination is practiced.
  8. Regular employment opportunities are provided.
  9. Harsh or inhumane treatment is not tolerated.

MTC OF NY Inc. is committed to respecting human rights throughout our operations and supply chain. An
annual review of our Human Rights policy will be conducted to ensure that our policy is aligned with the UN
Guiding Principles and ILO universal standards. Additionally, an annual review from the effective date of
our Human Rights Due Diligence Procedures ensures the effectiveness of our procedures to identify and
resolve any adverse human rights impact due to the three types of involvement, cause, contribution and
linkage.
