transparency, and a profound respect for human rights. This Supplier Code of Conduct delineates the
ethical and principled business standards that MTC OF NY INC. expects from its suppliers and business
partners. Establishing a Supplier Code of Conduct and Human Rights policy is pivotal in ensuring that MTC
OF NY INC. and its suppliers adhere to ethical and responsible business practices.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

MTC OF NY INC. rigorously adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, both domestically and
internationally, pertaining to our business activities, encompassing labor practices, human rights,
environmental protection, and anti-corruption. We anticipate our suppliers to likewise uphold all pertinent
laws, regulations, and best practices delineated herein.

Labor Practices:

Suppliers must have comprehensive policies, procedures, and management systems in place to ensure
adherence to the following standards, along with grievance and remediation procedures where applicable.

  1. Child Labor: Suppliers shall abstain from employing workers below the legal working age.
  2. Forced Labor and Human Trafficking: Suppliers must abstain from any form of forced or
    compulsory labor.
  3. Working Hours and Wages: Suppliers must honor workers’ rights to freely associate and bargain
    collectively
  4. Harassment: Suppliers must ensure that employees are shielded from any form of harassment or
    abuse.
  5. Discrimination: Suppliers shall refrain from discriminating against employees based on race,
    gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected status.
  6. Health and Safety: Suppliers are obligated to provide a safe and healthy working environment for
    their employees, including compliance with relevant occupational health and safety laws and
    regulations, accident prevention measures, and requisite training

Environmental Responsibility:

  1. Anti-Corruption: Suppliers must refrain from engaging in bribery, corruption, or any other unethical
    business practices.
  2. Human Rights: Suppliers must uphold, and champion human rights as articulated in international
    declarations and conventions.
  3. Security: Suppliers must ensure the safety and security of all workers and visitors.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Suppliers must establish internal processes to monitor compliance with this Code of Conduct and promptly
report any violations or concerns to Francesco Chirco.

Consequences of Non-Compliance:

Non-compliance with this Supplier Code of Conduct may lead to the termination of the supplier relationship.

Review and Updates:

This Supplier Code of Conduct undergoes periodic review and may be revised to reflect changes in laws,
regulations, or MTC OF NY INC.’s policies.
